Quality
Statement:
Quality
should not be handled as a special case. It should not be something
special, something that needs to be done as an extra step. Quality
should be systemic. At Pan-Tec, quality is built into the
system. Quality is on the schedule. All gages, tools and equipment
are on a calibration schedule. Quality is integrated into the
administration and fulfillment of contracts. Quality is tracked as
parts move from process to process. Quality is driven into our
supply chain with regular vendor quality interactions. In other
words our organizational structure makes it difficult to have a
quality lapse.
However it
is the ethic of Quality, deeply rooted and readily evident in our
work force, which carries the absolute necessity of “the drive
toward zero defects” into each and every part that Pan-Tec
produces.
But
quality is more than a drive toward zero defects. Quality should
encompass positive responses to questions such as: Is this a
pleasant company to work for? Is there an emphasis on individual
empowerment? Is the company open to parting from the simply safe
status quo when real value can be gained from taking on a challenge?
Pan-Tec is made up of quality people and we strive to be a quality
company.
Pan-Tec
is committed to discovering new ways to continually improve our
services and provide ultimate value and pervasive quality to our
customers.
